Bob Vitale
President & CEO

Bob serves as the President & CEO of Managed Labor Solutions.  He brings several years of leadership experience to the company from his time as an executive in the logistics, facility services, and manufacturing lines of business.  Bob served as CFO for Roadlink one of the largest intermodal transportation and workforce solution providers in the US.  Prior to his tenure at Roadlink Bob served as CFO with GCA Services Group one of the largest Facility Service Providers in the US.  From an Operations perspective Bob brings a wealth of experience from his role as Vice President of Operations and Finance for one of the largest Printing Company’s in the world. 

Bob began his career in the United States Marine Corps where he served in various enlisted leadership positions.  Bob holds a B.S. from King’s College and is a Certified Public Accountant. 

G. Thomas Hall
Chief Operating Officer

Tom serves as the COO & CFO of Managed Labor Solutions.  He brings several years of operational and financial leadership experience to Managed Labor Solutions (MLS).  Tom currently oversees the facility services business operations and is responsible for labor enhancement and productivity improvements on the Janitorial side of the business.  Tom also serves as Chief Financial Officer of the Horizon family of companies and in that role is intimately involved in operations and price modeling.  Prior to joining MLS Tom served as a Vice President and Corporate Controller for Roadlink and held the same position while at GCA Services Group.

Tom  holds a B.S. in Accounting and B.S. In Marketing from King’s College and is a Certified Public Accountant. 

Vincent Cimino
Chief Human Resource Officer

Vince is a seasoned human resources executive who has served in several high level positions of increasing responsibilities with some of the largest companies in the world.  Vince provides an abundance of employment and staff development experience to the MLS management team and associates.  He is a Certified Professional Coach, Certified Six Sigma Greenbelt, and a Certified Change Agent.  Prior to joining MLS Vince served as Chief People Officer for Roadlink a large national transportation and logistics company.  

Throughout his 30+ year career Vince has served in several notable organizations as a human resources executive including, General Electric, Olin Corp, Asahi, Westlake, and TDS Logistics.  Vince Holds a B.S. in Industrial Relations and an M.S. in Counseling Psychology.
